Rental per month is $6800, per day is $230 (pro rated).
This includes phone, gas and Internet. Maid service is also included.

Cable tv is available at $100 additional and utility bill is based on meter reading.

Security deposit of one months rent ($6800) is required and it will be refunded at the end of the lease.
Amount can be paid in full or a booking fee of $1000 placed first, and the remaining to be issued on check-in.

Photocopies of passport and employment passes are needed to draw up the tenancy agreement.
